When I started my fitness journey, I had no idea I would get to the place of having a half marathon as a goal. In a few weeks it seems I will accomplish this goal. Team Runners Lane had 12 miles on the Half Marathon training schedule and I did it! Add 1.1 miles and it’s a half marathon! These distances are challenging for an old fat guy with a fused ankle…and lately with a bad back.
